Choosing a multi-split system Neoclima in Ukraine
Multi split system Neoclima - concept, principle of operation
Often, when installing a split system , the user is faced with a problem when it is not possible to install several external air conditioner units on the facade of the building.
Sometimes this is due to the fact that the building on which it is necessary to install the equipment is an architectural monument and, accordingly, it is not allowed to hang it with various equipment. Or when, in principle, there is no space for two, three, four external blocks, or even the desire of the owner of the building to spoil the appearance of the facade with such equipment.
It is for a way out of such situations that multi-split air conditioning systems were developed.
The Neoclima multi split system is one, powerful outdoor unit, to which you can connect from 2 to 5 indoor units, independent of each other. This means that to cool or heat several rooms in a building, it will not be necessary to install many external units. One is enough.
KKB multi-split systems , using a special board, distributes freon to several different indoor units. Also, you can combine indoor units of different types ( channel, cassette, wall-mounted ) and different power in one multi-split system .
How to choose a Neoclima multi split system
When choosing a multi-split system, the same principles work as when choosing a conventional household air conditioner. It is important to know the area of the premises in which the indoor units will be installed, which will help determine their capacity. Then it will be clear what power it is necessary to take the external unit.
For a better understanding, below we indicate the ratio of the power of the indoor unit to the area of \u200b\u200bthe room:
- up to 20 sq.m. - power 07;
- up to 25 sq.m. - power 09;
- up to 35 sq.m. - power 12;
- up to 52 sq.m. - power 18;
- up to 70 sq.m. - power 24;
- up to 80 sq.m. - power 30;
Multi split systems - advantages and disadvantages
Summing up everything written above, I would like to more specifically define the main advantages of a multi split system :
- Low noise level during operation of the equipment - since the source of the functioning of the entire system is one external unit, respectively, during operation, in comparison with the same number of air conditioners, the multi system will be quieter.
- It does not spoil the appearance of the building (facade) - especially when the building is historically valuable, or by design, the building does not have many places for external air conditioner units.
- You can combine different types of indoor units - in a small room, you can install a conventional wall-mounted indoor unit, and in a room with high ceilings, a cassette unit, which will be more convenient and efficient in use.
Of course, do not forget about the disadvantages of multi split systems :
- A multi split system can be 15-20% more expensive than a standard split system, as well as the installation itself. This is due to the fact that in the multi system there is a special board for controlling the rotation of the blades and the distribution of freon, and regarding installation, as a rule, a longer line is required, for each meter of which you need to pay extra.
- If the outdoor unit breaks down, it should be understood that the entire building will remain without coolness or heating, since all indoor units were powered by one external unit. But with timely maintenance of the climate system , there is no reason to worry about diagnostics.
