2. Installation
It is important to realize that the cassette type of air conditioners obliges to have suspended ceilings with the possibility of complete wiring to create the optimal effect of air conditioning and fresh air supply.
The official installation company is the second step in importance after the choice of equipment. The qualification of masters will allow to take into account all the features and nuances, which guarantees a long service of the system itself and its correct operation.

3. Manual

4. Temperature range
Familiarize yourself with the operating temperature limits set by the manufacturer. Starting the system outside these limits (each mode is different) may result in malfunction or failure.

5. Minimum and maximum
As a rule, the manufacturer gives minimum and maximum temperature limits. However, engineers do not recommend to go down/up to the limit parameters, as the system works on wear and tear, which reduces its service life and affects the quality of the result.

6. Closed windows
It is important to understand, the air conditioner is a device of local action, when turning it on, close windows and doors. Otherwise, its operation will be useless, as cold/heat will escape and the system itself will go into the enhanced power mode, which entails additional energy consumption, clogging and wear and tear.

1. Maintenance
Maintenance (MRO) is a series of activities performed on climate control equipment to prevent breakdowns, malfunctions, and early failure.
The service technician provided by the manufacturer will perform a deep cleaning, error diagnosis, check the Freon level and refill as needed.
It is recommended to perform maintenance 1-2 times a year or more often (depending on the type and frequency of operation of the unit itself).

2. Service maintenance
Specialists of the manufacturer's service department are qualified craftsmen who have undergone specialized training on the brands being serviced. We strongly recommend not to use third-party services to avoid aggravation of the problem later and to preserve the warranty.

3. Parts and accessories
Use original spare parts and accessories. Any, even the most suitable analog, does not give guarantees on the output, and in some cases - will only worsen the situation.

4. Filter
It is recommended to clean the system through the manufacturer's service department.
For self-cleaning, please read the instructions carefully.
Before any manipulations inside the system, it must be de-energized. After opening the air intake grille, make manipulations with switches and cables strictly according to the rules specified in the instructions.
The filter can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, brushes, water or a mild detergent solution. Wipe/dry dry in a cool place. Do not expose to direct sunlight or contact near fire.

5. Enclosure
The hull must not be washed with detergents containing chemicals or any other aggressive ingredients. Doing so will damage the paintwork and the plastic itself, and getting inside the unit will have negative and possibly irreversible consequences.
Use a cloth or soft sponge dampened with running water. For grated surfaces, use soft brushes or cotton swabs.
Never attempt to wash or clean the system from the inside yourself, contact a service center for such measures.
