Insurance dome from Neoclima until December 31, 2023

Ladies and gentlemen!

The British brand Neoclima joins in helping the civilian population and businesses in overcoming the consequences of hostilities in Ukraine by opening the Insurance Dome program.

All Neoclima air conditioners purchased from 03/01/2023* and damaged as a result of enemy shelling of the territory of Ukraine ** will be repaired or replaced *** free of charge at the expense of the Neoclima brand.

* if there is a confirmation of the purchase of the air conditioner (sales receipt, invoice, completed warranty card with the date and serial number) not earlier than the date of 03/01/2023, and if possible, identify the serial number of the product on the damaged product.

** damage is understood as a complete failure of the air conditioner due to a direct hit by missiles, their fragments, shelling or destruction of buildings and structures that resulted in enemy shelling of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The decision on free repair or replacement is agreed on the basis of providing a copy of the act of damage to the building from the local authorities of the established form.

***Insurance coverage is not provided in the territories determined by the Order of the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine dated April 25, 2022. No. 75 "List of territorial communities located in the area of military (combat) operations or under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade) as of July 23, 2022" or any subsequent changes to it. Repair or replacement can only be carried out if there is a possibility of repair and there are no threats to the life of the repair and installation personnel.
