Here we will show in detail how to save up to 4500 UAH per year on heating/cooling your premises using the Neoclima inverter air conditioner.

Everyone is familiar with the phrase: "The economy must be economical", but few people know that the full text was: "The economy must be economical - this is the requirement of the time." This phrase was first heard in 1981, and its relevance today is much greater.

Every year, the cost of electricity and heating increases due to higher tariffs and an increase in the number of electrical appliances used. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, there have been significant tariff increases again and again, which will continue to be repeated in the future.

Save electricity at home - a comfortable life in winter and summer

At the same time, new tariffs for heat and electricity make more and more people think about how to save electricity at home and at the same time maintain comfortable living conditions in winter and summer, when we need saving coolness in summer and cozy warmth in winter.

Today, the media space is replete with bright and relevant social advertising aimed at the economical use of energy resources.

Neoclima always meets the requirements of the time and offers effective solutions for both cooling and heating your premises in the face of Neoclima inverter air conditioners.

Modern Neoclima inverter air conditioners allow you not only to efficiently and comfortably cool the room during the summer period, but also to provide cheap heating in the off-season, as well as on cold winter days and nights.

The efficiency of an air conditioner is traditionally determined by the so-called cooling coefficient EER (the ratio of cooling output to the input power) and the thermal coefficient COP (the ratio of heat output to the input power).

To indicate the energy efficiency of household appliances, there are seven categories, denoted by letters from A (best) to G (worst).

The energy efficiency class shows clear and objective information about the level of energy saving. In this classification of energy intensity, the most efficient equipment is class A up to A++. Almost all NEOCLIMA household air conditioners have the highest energy class from A to A ++. The air conditioner consumes electrical energy and produces cold or heat. The main goal of an economical air conditioner is to achieve maximum cooling or heating capacity with minimal energy consumption. Therefore, any energy efficiency indicator is inherently the ratio of refrigeration / heating power to the consumed power, and the higher this ratio, the more economical the air conditioner is considered. For example, if the air conditioner has an EER coefficient of 4.6, then this means that consuming 1 kW of electricity, the air conditioner releases 4.6 kW of cold into the room.

Economy in practice with air conditioning from Neoclima

How does your savings look like in practice and why is it worth buying efficient Neoclima air conditioners instead of standard third-party non-inverter systems!?

Consider the following calculation example for the following air conditioners:

1. Air conditioner A - NEOCLIMA Alaska air conditioner , designed for a room up to 30 m2, which consumes only 0.64 kW per hour and has the highest seasonal efficiency coefficients SEER (cooling work) - 6.6 (A ++) and SCOP (heating work) - 4.8 (A +). It is able to work for heating and cooling all year round, and in winter it works even at -25C. At the same time, the air conditioner has a huge set of consumer functions, such as an ionizer, air purification filters, self-cleaning, air flow regulation, silent operation, night modes and many others.

2. Air conditioner B - a standard non-inverter air conditioner from another manufacturer, which is also designed for a room up to 30 m2, but at the same time has average market indicators: consumption of 1.1 kW per hour, cooling work coefficient-2.8 (class C) and heating work - 2.9 (class D).

Such air conditioners usually do not have filters, ionizers and other useful consumer features. Air conditioners of this type are the most common in retail trade and can only work in the summer and partly in the off-season up to a temperature of +5C. Accordingly, you can forget about heating the room in winter and you will have to use an electric heater or central heating for heating.

Taking the above air conditioners for comparison, Neoclima engineers, guided by a variety of criteria, ranging from long-term average daily daily temperatures throughout the year, and ending with detailed technical characteristics of air conditioners, carried out detailed calculations of the efficiency of Neoclima inverter air conditioners compared to conventional ordinary non-inverter air conditioners in various operating conditions. .

The calculations are based on an average 8-hour day of equipment operation in cooling and heating modes, a room area of 30m2, standard heat loss coefficients for rooms, new tariffs for electricity and heating, as well as passport data for air conditioners and electric heaters.

We present you the following results:

1) To begin with, let's equalize the air conditioners by period in working conditions only in the summer period, i.e. cooling only:

Bypassing many complex tables with formulas and calculations, we offer you the final result, which shows that during the hot season (5 months) , the Neoclima Alaska inverter air conditioner will consume only 113 kW of electricity, while the conventional non-inverter air conditioner B will consume 276 kW. A simple calculation gives 276 kW / 113 kW = 2.44, which means that the Neoclima Alaska inverter air conditioner is 2.4 times more energy efficient than the standard air conditioner B in cooling work. And this is a direct savings on tariffs.

2) The following calculation takes into account the fact that the equipment operates all year round: in summer for cooling, in winter and in the off-season for heating. In this case, to help the standard air conditioner B, which simply does not turn on in cold weather, you have to use an electric heater, or use centralized heating. The calculation already includes new tariffs for electricity or heating based on a room of 30 m2.

Bypassing many complex tables with formulas and calculations, we offer you the final result, which shows that in a year the Neoclima Alaska inverter air conditioner will spend only 817 kW of electricity for both cooling and heating, while a conventional air conditioner B using a heater for heating - will consume 3533 kW. A simple calculation gives 3533 kW / 817 kW = 4.3, which means that the Neoclima Alaska inverter air conditioner is 4.3 times more energy efficient than a standard air conditioner B using an electric heater.

We tried to monetize the savings and, for the sake of completeness, made 2 tariff splits:

Air conditioning + Heater and Air conditioning + Central heating.

As can be seen from the table, for a full year of using the Neoclima inverter air conditioner, both for cooling and heating, the consumer will spend an average of 1372 UAH for paying for electricity, while in the version with Air Conditioner + Electric Heater this will be 5935 UAH per year, or but when using Central heating to help, this amount will be 6170 UAH per year based on heating a room with an area of only 30 m2, scale this area to the area of \u200b\u200byour apartment or house, you will be horrified.

In the first case, the use of the Neoclima Alaska air conditioner is 4.3 times (or 4563 UAH) cheaper in money terms, in the second case it is 4.5 times (or 4678 UAH) cheaper.

Agree, in the current economic conditions in both cases, savings and benefits are obvious.

At the same time, we do not even take into account the fact that the Neoclima inverter air conditioner also gives the consumer a number of important advantages, such as: ionization, air purification by many filters, almost silent operation, no oxygen combustion during the heating season, environmental safety, comfort of use and others. It is also important that the statistics of failures of Neoclima air conditioners is one of the lowest in the industry and amounts to 0.15%, which is equivalent to 1 breakdown in 650 cases, but thanks to the wide Neoclima service network throughout Ukraine, you don’t have to worry about this!

Thus, it is safe to say that...

Neoclima is an air conditioner that saves you money!
